Karen and Rob's wedding

Loved the hilarity which ensued right from the start, what with Karen and her rather snazzy eyepatch, to Rob's back going crook and needing a jab in his backside, LOL. Valerie's singing when she was stalling Karen, the registrar lady who had a fear of eyes and fainted at the sight of one-eyed Karen, oh and Jack's unintelligible Geordie girlfriend. I was in hysterics, apart from when I had something in my eye when they were exchanging wedding vows *sniff sniff*

In true Doctors fashion though, they've left us with a tiny cliffhanger regarding Niamh and that poor couple who were about to set off on a cruise. I wonder what kind of trouble she's in for when the programme returns in the new year?

Agreed, it was a great way to lead into the Xmas break.

On that note, a very merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone on the board :)

Thanks ballroom_babe. The same from me to everyone here - Merry Christmas and here's to a hopefully happy 2015!

I wonder why Niamh just froze up like that. Oh, and yes of course, a Merry Christmas everyone! Here's to being thankful we don't have to spend it in dramatic Letherbridge - we'd never make it out alive!

Well we used to see Niamh not being very sure about giving diagnoses when she first started at the surgery, and running to Al every five minutes for his help working out what was wrong with her patients, so there's a chance she wasn't too sure what to do when the elderly gentleman was fitting. Which would be strange as even someone with basic first aid knowledge would know to make sure the person having a seizure hasn't swallowed their tongue or have anything else obstructing their airway, and then place them in the recovery position. I think in this instance though, it didn't look like Niamh could have done much else. Or maybe she was reminded of some past trauma in her life.

LOL, Letherbridge can't be any more scary at Christmas then anywhere else in the country - if you've been shopping over the last week or two, especially in the bigger cities, you'll be lucky to have gotten home in one piece!
