Thoughts on the new Doctor?
He seemed fairly cool, and I was willing to forgive him being so mean to Howard, but then he kept that money . . .

shareOh, the locum Franc 'I'm so pretentious and the ladies lurve me' Christophe. I haven't really warmed to him but then he was being mean to Howard.... which I know seems to be a sport at the Mill Health Centre but the others have been there longer and thus earned the right to tease our Captain Bellamy somewhat.
I suppose he did show a bit of integrity in not taking the money from the football club's chairman without properly checking what the deal was with their African signing, but he couldn't resist it in the end. I have a feeling we'll see more dodgy goings on from him before he leaves. Howard's right not to trust him completely. The guy has the facial hair of a 19th century stage mesmerist, for one thing. Also the women of the practice need to stop enacting a Diet Coke Break advert every time he passes by!
Haha I couldn't have said it better myself
shareAgreed. I don't like him either.
The stars came out once the lights went out & I could not speak so I had to shout
Not having checked the board for a few days, I came on to post that I didn't see the point of Doctor Franc, but that maybe I'd get used to him...I see everyone is of a similar mind!
shareHe does the occasional nice thing for others but it always seems like he's trying too hard to be liked. I can't help being suspicious with that sort of behaviour!
shareSurely Howard isn't right about him being a spy for their unscrupulous rival . . . after all, he did keep that money . . .
shareWell, well, well, we've finally seen signs that Franc is indeed at the Mill for nefarious purposes. Perhaps as a saboteur on behalf of whoever it was that Howard suspected he was working for. Giving the place a bad name by putting out the (false) word that the staff are prejudiced. I bet he was the one who signed for that bed thing too, just hoping they wouldn't be able to send it back and obtain a refund, thus being out-of-pocket.
While it did look a little like he might have been staying on as a permanent character, I knew he wasn't as he hadn't been placed in the opening credits.
Howard will be vindicated but not until Doctor Cristophe has caused the practice some damage along the way. Come on, he even looks like the type of person who would go to a quiet corner and 'mwa hahaha' away whilst twirling his moustache!
