Thoughts on the special 3000th episode

So, what do we all think then? Don't read further if you don't want to be spoilered of course!

I guess they were always going to choose the least obvious person to be the mole at the station and it was so easy to believe Noakes was a rotter, but he came good in the end, luckily for Rob and Driver!

Daisy though, ooooh, some people on this board were right to suspect her. Seems like they'll be questioning her tomorrow.

I thought the episode was a fitting end to the last few weeks of this story on Operation Treehouse. I've enjoyed it, despite the harrowing subject matter.

The blood drive scenes and the bhangra dancing provided a light-hearted balance, which I always appreciate. Poor Mrs Tembe - she doesn't let just anybody call her 'Winifred'... sad that she and Rick couldn't get together.

Oh, and before I forget, Tash got a line today an' all!

Well done to all the cast and crew, and here's to another 3000 episodes and beyond! 

Indefinitely means there is no end!

I'm just about to tweet them to tell them how awesome it was.

One thing I don't get...How did Rob & Driver know that Andy was going to be shot - i.e. How did they have a fake ambulance etc. on standby? Very confused by that.

Yes, that did perplex me a bit, but I think they knew that the people who shot the other guy were still ready and waiting to get Andy too. Driver did say they needed 'bait' to lure those people into playing their hand so they figured that dangling Andy in front of them would probably get them a result like this.

I have to say it was brilliant!

I thought it was a great episode too. A befitting showcase of the talent that makes Doctors a consistently good drama 5 days a week. The characters brought in for this story eg Weston and Noakes were brilliant I thought and also enjoyed Mark Benton's cameo appearance as evil Mal - quite menacing. Thought the writer dealt with such a harrowing storyline really well. Both of the young girl actors were good aswell. Bravo to all connected with that episode I say - looking forward to the next 3,000!

So much awesomeness!

I had to wait a day to watch, but was completely worth the wait.

I loved seeing all the little pieces come together.

Karen telling off Noakes was a treat.

But Mrs T.....LET HER HAVE SOME LOVE DOCTORS WRITERS!!!

If I know Stu this was probably the way he wanted to go, disemboweled by werewolves
