So she said this week that Chris is nearly 30. She would've gone to medical school at about 18, which is what - 7 years? I don't know enough of the character's background, but assuming she didn't have Chris until she'd finished, that'd make her about 55. That can't be right?!
shareI don't know if you watched an episode where they showed the teenage Emma in flashback where she found out she was pregnant with Chris? I think she might have been around 16 or 17 odd. That makes her late 40s now. As I recall, she went to medical school after having Chris.
shareAhhh, no Darkshines - I don't remember that. Thanks for clarifying. Didn't realise she'd been a young mum. That must have been hard work! I was so worried when her & Howard went for the scan that she was maybe having a "phantom" pregnancy. Glad they managed to find the baby :)
shareI guess that's why Chris felt Emma hadn't been a very good mother. She wasn't happy about putting her career and life on hold but had the baby anyway and it led to the two of them not bonding as well as they could.
shareAs regards Chris's age I seem to recall that he once said he was born in 1981 whilst in the episode on 19 October (today) Emma sais he was 27, which is a contradiction. Maybe the continuity at DOCTORS is so bad that nobody recalls how old Emma is.
