I had the same thought, since the pictures have been really very good and I would have liked to have bought one. I was going to put a thread about it here but you beat me to it, hehe.
Bad news I'm afraid - I had a peep on the Doctors Facebook page and it's a no-go for some reason:

I did have an idea that if they couldn't make a physical calendar available, they could have uploaded a PDF file of each month so we could print it off ourselves but that's probably not going to happen either, despite the fact there seems to be a demand from Doctors fans. Ah well. We can always make up our own calendars using the images they post up on FB.
PS: I really liked Al's TARDIS robe an' all - Karen asking him if it means he's bigger on the inside than the outside made me laugh. Nice one, Kaz.

Indeed, especially as people's idea of selling it for charity would have been a nice move.
