Did rebecca sleap with george ?
AND
what scene is Robert Pattinson in ???
From wht is shown in the film she didnt sleep with George or any other man apart from her husband. And I think a part of her did love Amelia's brother and even if it didnt she would have still been atleast fond of him and thankful get out of the place she was in. It's good she married him and it's a nice touch at the end to see her little trunk with her initails, which stand for Rebecca Sharp / Sedley.
shareThank you !! I kinda thought it as she really did like him at first, and now she gets to be with him.
Anybody but know about robert pattinson ?
Robert Pattinson's in a deleted scene only, the alternate ending scene; and plays Becky's son all grown-up.
The scene where Becky is in the casino after Rawdon leaves, it's heavily implied that the women who work in the casino also work as prostitutes. Becky did not love Sedley, she used him for his money, and because he was weak-willed, and one of the only men left of her acquaintances who she could manipulate and use to get her out of that place. Most men wouldn't have openly kept such a woman as his mistress (Becky and Sedley never married) after she had worked in a place like that. But Sedley was so infatuated and gullible that he was willing to believe and go along with whatever Becky told him and didn't care about the consequence. Unfortunately for Sedley, the consequences were bad ones and he should have listened to others about Becky--in the book, Becky is suspected of having hastened/caused his death and takes all his money.
