I read this book because of this delightful movie!! And I loved it!! A very well-written book that had fabulous character development...

I wonder how many others read the book for the same reason?

I read the book a long time ago because Gabtiel Garcia Marquez is a favorite author. Great book.

This movie didn't inspire me to do much except change the tv channel.

I've never read the book, so I was wondering- is there any significance,/symbolism in this book? Meaning, is there anything in the plot of LittToC that mirrors Serendipity? Why did the script writers choose that book to be the one Jonathan searches for instead of, say, Harry Potter or The Grapes of Wrath or Catch 22? Or was it just a random pick?
