here it says it'll be released in Nov. 2007 and since ariel's mother (played by sally field) is in it, we can assume it's a prequel...and pat carroll will be playing ursula so it has to be before the first one cuz everyone knows she dies...ik this is from wikipedia so it may not be accurate but im excited anyways.
