Carlotta's Voice Actress
IMDB and the film mark it as Edie McClurg from the first film...but in the like 2 lines she has from the film it clearly does not sound like Edie...she has a very distinct voice, the Bobby's World mom "Dontcha know!" voice...and the Carlotta in the sequel does not sound like that at all...
