Triton and Ursula

I think the thing that bothered me the most about this movie was I was positive that Triton and Ursula were brother and sister. Now I haven't seen the original in years, but I'm almost sure I remember that being part of the story-line. Does anyone else remember this, or am I making it up? Anyway if I'm right that would mean that the villain in this story is also Triton's sister and they just completely forgot that aspect of the original. I can forgive everything else and just says its a bad straight to video sequel, but forgetting huge aspects of your character's story-lines makes it seem even worse then it is.

Its something you'll get used to a mental mind *beep* can be nice!

There wasn't really any implications for them being brother and sister in the original version, actually. There weren't even any implications in the TV series, either. I'd say going by these facts that Ursula actually being Triton's sister is about as canon as Shaak-Ti being killed by General Grievous. Meaning, it's not a canon concept even though it was originally going to turn out as such.

It was mentioned in a deleted scene. But since it was deleted I feel it doesn't actually count towards the final cut of the story line. It was just a thought at one point that someone decided wasn't a good idea. So it was scrapped.
