For a sequel, the music is pretty good

Anyone else delightfully surprised by the music here? "Down to the Sea" and "For a Moment" are pretty damn good songs and could have easily held up if this were a theatrical release. While the film lacks a bit in animation and plot, the music really, really holds it up. Those two songs especially are really catchy.

Yes I agree with you. I love "For a moment" and "Down to the Sea" (maybe expect for the "Ariel's coming"-part). I love when Ariel sings to Melody :).
"Titanic Tip and Daring Dash" is even very catchy although the song is quite flat. If they had polished the animation a bit more and corrected some plost-mistakes, it could've been a theatrical release. Did you hear Morgana's song "Gonna get my wish"? It was released on the special edition of LM II. It's her villain song that got cut. I quite like the visuals in this song, and that we see a younger Ursula but the song is not great. I still think they should've left it in.

I don't care what people say, I find this one of the best Disney sequels.
