It Lists Steve Oedekerk As 'The Voice' Of The Chosen One

Did another actor actually play the part of the Chosen One? I always thought it was Steve Oedekerk in a wig.

Steve did. He voiced nearly all the characters. Because it's dubbed, he probably wanted to let us know it was still him.
