Does anyone know if they actually fimed series four? If they did, could they not at least release the series on video and dvd for us poor fans that are left hanging, wondering what happened to all the characters or what the secrets of the plateau are?

The main couple of writers did in fact write episodes for a 4th season.
On the Official Site's message boards the wife and husband team of writers has promised in the near future to actually post the episode for the fans to read!!!!

Personally, I think they should publish them as novellettes - in script form if they wish - but that's just me.
