I used to watch this show all the time for the first 2 seasons, but for some reason I missed the third season, so if anyone can answer my questions, that would be cool.

1. Did Malone and Veronica ever get together? I always wanted them to, but I never saw an episode of them getting together.

2. Did Malone ever return from that "other world?" I saw an episode where at the end, Veronica said that she will never stop looking for him, I'm just wondering if he ever came back.

2. Yes, but then left again to look for Veronica (she was swept away in an out of control hot air balloon) and 'find himself' in the process. Veronica found her way back - but the series ended with Ned still on his quest. (In reality the actor was having difficulties with his Australian work visa.)
