Wayne was in the first episode that introduced us to the character Tribune. Has anyone ever noticed how similar Tribune and Scorpius are to each other?

No that you mention, yeah. They both had their on agendas, and used whomever and whatever to gain that goal. And they both cocked their heads to the side and made hissing noises.
