Why did Marguerite join the expedition?
I never saw season 3 and dont know why she joined the expedition.
shareMarguerite bankrolled the expedition - it seemed - because she was looking for valuable gems to take back with her to civilization (England) .... but in reality she was trying to find the other half of something called an Orobourus. It's a medallion of great power. She needed it to buy something (from Master Xan) of even greater value to her .... her birth certificate. Having her birth certificate would be the first step in finding out who she actually is/was. She never knew her parents. Then there's that druid background of hers ...
