Everything about is just too cheesy and bad. The dialogue is horrible and the acting is even worse.
I don't know if you're trolling, Bad 007, personally, it's just too nonsensical to accept.
I agree, this show has a very cheesy, campy feel to it. I believe this is the reason I like to watch (Ok, this and Veronica in her outfit). The dialogue, the set, special effects are all extremely cheesy, but I also find it charming in a way too. Perhaps with all the reality shows (which I despise) on TV, there is a need for any scripted show and this one fills the need.

The show is cheesy a lot of the time and some of the costumes are laughable.
The CGI was pretty average quality, considering when it was made. Which means it's completely crap by modern standards...
The lines are usually pretty witty, but are sometimes delivered poorly.
The acting is pretty average for a low budget show.
There were a large number of Australians that acted in the show and while most were good actors, many weren't very good at faking an american accent.
The storylines were sometimes weak...The interactions with CGI animals were very poorly done. and WTF is with the roman-nazi-frog-people?
But for the most part it had good stories, witty lines and was pretty interesting.
I love the show, but I'm not going to pretend it isn't riddled with flaws. Personaly I think these things are what give it character.
