the one where ben plays guitar in the bathroom. I assume it's not the actor playing - does anyone know who that was - i liked so much I was startled by it!

it's the last song played at the end credits

is it the same as the title menu of the DVD

Pete Yorn is the artist who wrote and performed the song.
It is available as a hidden track on Pete Yorn's album, 'Music For The Morning After'. The hidden track is at the end of the last track on the album.
If you liked that song, wait till you get the album, it is fantastic.
