When exactly did that happen?
In season 1, Rachel appears and Lorelai knew nothing about her. At this point in their relationship, Luke has known Lor for about...3 or 4 years.
Anna dated Luke about 12 years prior to season 6, meaning in s1, April was about 5-6 years old.
It didn't feel like Rachel's relationship with Luke came before his with Anna's and Lorelai didn't know of her until s1, so when did it happen exactly in the timeline?
I don't think timelines exist on tv shows.. ;)
shareThis is all very confusing, it makes no sense that Rachel isn't in fact the mother of Luke's lovechild. What I imagine, and this is pure fiction, just my backstory for it:
Luke and Rachel were on and off for years, and after yet another break-up, Luke dated other people, among them Anna. It didn't work though, so he went back to being Rachel's doormat. I don't even wanna imagine the pool of possible STDs with Rachel travelling the world and Anna having three possible fathers for April...
