No Paris was a lot of bark with no bite. She was crazy, neurotic, intense and over the top...about college acceptance and the Franklin. But murder? No. Heck, she is the one who initiates the reconciliation with Rory after she loses her virginity. She goes over the house uninvited to then have a heart-to-heart with Rory and tries to apologize for the nonsense with Francie. She wanted to be a doctor or a judge. She isn't capable of that.
People like Rory, Jamie and Doyle balanced her out and she was a better person because of them. Also Paris came from a pretty unstable home. It's amazing she turned into who she was despite her background. Even in the revival she became more successful than anyone probably could of imagined. (I reject her divorce from Doyle. That was a joke.)
