Only they hide it by creating shell or dummy company's to create plausible deniability.

Little things like legal or ethical dilemma's would be rationalized away (rational lies) as necessary for the greater good.

Ask yourself this.........if Jan 1, 2010 it was possible to create a 'mini-me' of osama bin laden, that would have a telepathic or remote viewing connection, and thereby a ~20-30% chance of catching OBL, do you think any ethical issue would prevent it happening?

You bring up a very good point but we would never even know that there was a clone of Osama Bin Laden because the government and the military would cover it up. The only two special forces unit that would work with Osama Bin Ladens clone would be either Delta Force or the NAVY SEALS because those two special forces units are the most highly classified units in the military. Delta Force for the ARMY and NAVY SEALS for the NAVY. I know about this because I was in the Navy and the line of work that I dealt with a lot of the public does not know about what the SEALS do a majority of the time.
