Lost DVD SPECIAL FEATURES?
I listened to the commentary on the DVD where
John Madden keeps referring to the making of documentary and deleted scenes but they arent on the Australian version of the DVD.
I noticed on the Amazon web site comments about the DVD with one posting saying that the USA DVD lists a making of doco but it doesnt appear on the disc. Anybody come across these special features and if so what region DVD?
