Who's the blonde woman chased in the beginning?

Who is the blonde actress near the beginning of the movie who is chased by the beast and eventually killed?

She is attempting to climb up the cliff rocks and she gets caught by the beast and swung around before being mauled to death (not fully shown). Blonde haired, blue-eyed and very pretty.

Anyone know who it is or can determine it from the credits?

Not sure of her name, but in the "making of" documentary in the dvd set she is described as something like a circus acrobat, as they needed someone really flexible for that scene.
