I've seen all 3 of the main movies the director did, and considering one was a terrific anime/manga adaptation(Crying Freeman), and the other a damn good video game adaptation(Silent Hill), I just want to know-why isn't this man making more movies? Either in Europe or here? FFS.

Yes is a a very talented movie director unfortunately a few movies he was working on got abandoned for various reason financial(rahan) script problems(fantomas) I hope that beauty and the beast will be a great movie

Brilliant flick, one of my favorites. I don't know what's more fun; watching it or trying to explain it to somebody who hasn't seen it.

Totally agree! Although it took me a long time to come to this conclusion, initially really hating the movie... I made the mistake of taking the movie WAY too seriously first time around. But I grew to love it!
