Which version to buy?

So Ive been out the loop and I have the original DVD release from 2002.I see theres a few newer versions on Amazon.Which one do I get?

Late reply, I know, but just make sure you get the original French audio version of the film, and watch using English subtitles. The dubbed version is terrible.

Oh I know about French Audio,way better then the english version but what about the extras?I see quite a few version with different extras.

I have the 3-Disc Canadian Edition and the 2-Disc Director's Cut which features most of the special features imported over from the Canadian edition. However, the perk of the Canadian copy is its the only one with a French audio track in 5.1 DTS making it the copy I recommend you get. The single disc States edition released in 2001 was a slap in the face to fans of this terrific masterpiece.

There is a blu Ray available on Amazon.de. Region free so it will play on American players. Sign in with your American name and password and it's about $12.00 inc shipping and you can translate to English using google if the German is confusing.
