underrated
just watching James Gandolfini and Julia Roberts together makes this enjoyable! come on people, I think this is one of the best comedies of 2001! anyway, you guys just think it's a load of trash, so whatever.
shareTotally agree. This movie is incomprehensibily maltreated by a lots of people. Yes, i love the moments of Roberts and Gandolfini too. Are great. The whole movie is quite interesting. Not a big movie. Maybe not the best comedy of 2001, but a funny and captivating film. If you connect with it you will enjoy, if not, you're gonna hate it. Not everybody gonna like it and not everybody gonna dislike it. Here's the magic of cinema :P

I also love the comedy in the film.. such as the 'shooting in the toe' scene.. and the 'getting hit by the stray bullet' near the start...
Even the action was 'cool'. I don't mean cool as in, wow.. explosions and car chases.. I mean cool as in pulp-fiction Tarantino style cool.. for example, the part where Leroy shoots the door, and behind the curtains, the figure is revealed.. BLAM.
I was moved by the line "This is for Frank"..
Gandolfini is a great actor, as shown by the well known series, and also "The Last Castle (2001)"
