The watch James Gandolfini is wearing, it's quite prevalent in many of his scenes. Anyone know what it is?

Yes, the watch is called, "The Mexican".

Apparently, it was made for a nobleman's son in the hope that Gandolfini would marry the watch-makers cousin, Helga. When that didn't happen, Gandolfini murdered the watch-maker and stole the watch. That bloody bastard is laughing about it to this day.

Yes, that did help. I now feel better knowing the whole/real story about the "Mexican" and it's various reincarnations.
