Does anybody know what is the name of the mexican song that is always playing in the movie? The song is repeated several times throughout the movie. I can't find it on the soundtrack.

I haven't seen the movie, but I know that Babe Ruth made a song titled The Mexican. Don't know if that helps.

If you are referring to the 'peppy' Mariachi-type song, it is track 3 on the soundtrack CD called "Oye":
