Most over-rated actress ever!! Okay actress, NOT great. Pleasant-looking, NOT beautiful. She'll never live up to her own opinion, or her fans.

no never claimed it was a classic, but to claim she is the most over rated actress ever is just infantile. ok, you dont like her, fine, as it happens im not a huge fan either but she does have some degree of acting talent so try and keep your comments in perspective.

I've got to admit, I find her overrated. She was good in Brockovich, but not Oscar-good. I would have picked Ellen Burstyn, most likely.

I do, however, think she's beautiful. /Good/ actress.

Any half decent female in the lead role in Erin was going to win the Oscar, it was the film that got it. Anyone saying this was as Oscar worthy performance needs to watch more movies.

Wow! Such strong feelings. I think that she is extremely likeable and the box office proves it. I could find a lot of other actresses that are worse.

yeah i im not biggest fan of her,if not to say more... :)
but people like her and especially academy,uff...
havent seen erin brokovich,but dont need to do that to be sure that she has horse looking face:)

I got to agree in this case .Each time she was on screen she seem to suck the life out of the scenes. I thought Pitt was outstanding playing a blithering idiot and bought some pathos to the character but Roberts just, well, seemed to play the character she always plays and that grated in some places.
I think the strength of Gandolfini and Pitt parts bought this up to a decent level, despite her performances. I think she was the main reason there was no chemistry in the important relationship with Pitt, it appeared quite flat.
