I like the older episodes better than the newer ones
Before Poof came along. They just seem kind of repetitive and boring.

'Poof' happens to alot of shows. They start adding more characters, or going different places, and soon, the dynamics change and the fun starts to be lost.
South Park and Family Guy had the same issues. SP changed Cartman from a whining overweight kid, to an egotistical blow-hard who twists everything to his own thought processes. Family Guy, they pretty much abandoned Stewie's 'kill Lois' campaign.

Poof is the problem... when Rugrats added the baby brother and Chuckie's step-sister they went downhill too. Adding characters almost always is a sign of decline for a show.

Baby brother? You mean Dill? You do realize that dill was in the show for a very long time right? He is a very important aspect. Most people liked dill, because he was funny and cute. Also chuckie's step sister was funny too. Why didn't you like them? Everyone still liked the Rugrats.
