She doesnt have them because she is not a popular character on the show, at least not to the writers. Half of FOP fanart and fanfics are about Timmy/Tootie yet the creators of the show are pretty disconnected from us fans, so it's unlikely they'd ever make such a groundbreaking change to the show like giving Tootie a fairy, they've already jumped the shark with poof enough as it is
The "she'll blab about them" is just a stupid misconception created by Trixie fans who think that Trixie deserves a godparent more (LMAO). In reality though within the show Tootie is like Timmy she has no friends and her parents ignore her so who would she blab to them about?

They never told her Da Rules so she didnt know what to do, but what that other guy's fanfic was trying to say was that Tootie had a godparent before and lost it, which is baloney because otherwise Birthday Wish wouldnt have even been possible, kids who lose their godparents once cant ever have them again.
if I recall correctly Timmy wanted to do the same exact thing when he first got Cosmo and Wanda, tell his parents, but they stopped them. For some reason, in Birthday Wish Cosmo and Wanda became mimes when they learned Tootie was going to tell everyone about them and didn't try to stop her, it made no sense much like everything else post-channel chasers in this show

Tootie is obviously very disturbed and has a (very creepy) obsession with Timmy. Timmy is obsessed with trixie, yes, but in a more human manor... i find it hard to empathize with Tootie when she is SO... urgh! no other word but creepy!

A girl crushing over a boy is a normal, even if its the exaggerated way they show it in this show. If you want disturbed and obsessed, look at Trixie: She tried to KILL Timmy when he broke up with her! And I dont have any problems with Trixie or her fans either, she has her funny episodes and her crappy episodes like every other character.
Timmy will end up with whoever they decide to write him with, which could be anybody considering the current writers couldn't story themselves out of a paper bag.

Actually, it was the lack of attention that made her snap. Timmy's wish just took away the attention, it didn't actually have any magic effect on her.
But I was making a point, the characters in this show are meant to be exaggerated and surreal versions of real people (in Trixie and Tootie's cases, rich girls or nerdy fan girls). It's kind of pointless to apply our real life standards to them.
