One of Dora The Explorer's Creators and Executive Producers is Chris Gifford. Actor Chris Gifford used to Play Danny, The Drummer/Singer in The Band on The 1980's Childrens T.V. Show, The Great Space Coaster for Seven Seasons from 1980 to 1987.He also Acted in Gentle Sketches on TGSC. TGSC was Produced by Sunbow Productions.He's A Very Talented Man! He's also an Educator and He has taught Youths The Field of Theater in both Elementary and in High School Levels.He also worked on The Nickelodeon Show, Family Double Dare.He also worked on The Childrens Show 321 Contact.Chris Gifford is A Very Gifted Childrens Entertainer!

There are lots of great new pictures on tgsc site with Chris Gifford Gifford, as Danny, one of the 3 teenager regulars in coasterville on the show. Here he interacted with humans such as 16 year old Francine played by the beautiful singer Emily Bindiger and 16 year old Roy played by singer Ray Stephens. Chris Gifford also interacted with puppets on The Great Space Coaster such as Gary Gnu, Goriddle Gorilla, Knock Knock ,The Bird, Edison Elephant, The Huggles, Baffle, The Caterpillar Magician, Rory, Baxter The Clown, M.T. Promises, and Harry Unreasonable. This was a syndicated daytime children's t.v show which ran from 1981 to 1986. It was live action, had cartoons, music videos, footage, and guest stars. The guest stars were Bess Armstrong, Sally Struthers, "Mary" Kathleen Turner, Aileen Quinn AKA "Annie", Linda Gray, Henry Winkler, Mark Mamill, Valerie Harper, Dr. Joyce Brothers, Richard Kiel, Gerri Jewell, Charlotte Rae, Rock Steady Crew Dancers, and many more.
