How EXACTLY does saying 'Swiper No Swiping!' stop him from, well, swiping stuff?
LOL! I agree with you complertly but i am a pre-kindergarten techer and i have to know these answers to these questions the kids come up with. it teaches the kids to use words and not to take somthing without asking.

seriously.i agree 100%.dude.he can kick them in the shins and just grab their stuff.and he shouldn't just throw the stuff.he should kkeep it and run.they could say swiper no swiping 5 million times and he would still be there.also,when they are singing vamonos song before that they ask,do you see whatever,and it's about a minutes walk away and yet they sing the full song and other ccrap happens that takes about five minutes,and they still have a minute untill they get were they are going.am i right?

shareThe funny thing for me is my 2 1/3 yo twins emulate swiper. One grabs something from the other and hides it somewhere (behind the couch etc) and says "Never find it now ha ha ha" (I don't know where the laugh came from.)
It just cracks me up with all the positive messages in this show - swiper is who they want to be ha ha ha

I think the actual message is that if you see someone doing something wrong (ie, taking something that's not theirs), you should tell them not to do it.

I'"new" to this show
I am 21 year old but forgive me, sometimes i catch a glimpse of nickelodeon from the netherlands
Those dutch do a pretty good job at dubbing them (although you often recognise the same voice in two other cartoons)
It's mainly spongebob that i like, it has a kind of abstract humor sometimes, that I think children don't even get all the time
But sometimes accidentally i stumble into the junior stuff
well it is annoying for anyone who can read i guess, but the swiper part is just hilarious
does he ever just try to steal the stuff, or is annoying the good guys his eternal quest?
