Fatima Ptacek, 15, was suspended for three days after being caught vaping caramel flavored water while her friend was expelled from school. Now the vaping case is part of a lawsuit against the school.

Good for the school. No little girl should be smoking. It's even more unfortunate because she is a "role model", albeit a behind the scenes one, that a lot of young kids grew to love, but ultimately it's not what's most important here. It's more an issue of her health, and hopefully a harsh punishment now will deter her from developing a life-long habit of smoking.
