How the eff did the cops not find her when they impounded the car, and how did she not die of suffication?? Of all the wild liberties this movie took in terms of bulletproof shootouts, etc, they jumped the shark with Cybill in the trunk.
Maybe Murphy had clocked her on the head so she wasn't conscious when it got impounded. After she woke up, maybe she was afraid Murphy might be nearby and might kill her if she screamed. Trunks aren't air-tight, especially in an old car like that.
