Kevin Costner makes a great Slimeball

He's always a lot more interesting and fun when he's a bad guy. He really acted like he didn't give a damn, both the character and the actor, and he looked like a total scumbag. In Dances With Wolves he was boring.

"Well, how was it?".
"It was degrading, humiliating, emasculating... and somewhat enjoyable".

for years he tried to create epic dramas so he could star in them, probably in some lame quest for oscar attention. dances with wolves, waterworld, the postman...boring, boring, BORING. but he rocked in this movie. i wanna see more of that!

I loved that he looked like total crap. He looked like he had a hangover, and a serious bad mood, the whole time. He also looked like he hadn't showered since the 50's.

"We got a job"
"What kind?"

I just don't like Costner and in this movie I keep hoping he'll get killed early on. I have always liked Kurt Russell as an actor and a person. He just seems more like a normal person...

Absolutely! This movie was so much fun.....

I've always been a casual fan of Costner but he was awesome in this movie.

Costner made a better bad guy. I thought he was cool in The Untouchables, definetely a classic but he was AWESOME in here. Wish he did more roles like that.

"I am the ultimate badass, you do not wanna `*beep*` wit' me!" Hudson in Aliens.
