I didn't even watch the movie I just saw clips, the beginning and the end

and the funny thing is; I didn't miss anything. It's just going to be; introduction to Grace and the kids, then there's filler. Filler, filler, filler and some more filler. Maybe some moving scenes with people entering the house who are supposed to be the non-ghost main character but more or less filler til finally the end with the blind old lady and the living parents of a little boy having a seance for the reveal.
It's like you don't even need the other scenes or most of the characters; it's like having a conversation with someone that won't end so you yell, "GET TO THE POINT!" Technically, that's the movie is isn't it? That kind of conversation set in cinema. Also Grace should have realized that something was amiss when these people kept moving into her house and they weren't dressed in the same or even similar clothing as her. That is what makes The Others and The Sixth Sense similar to a fault; you see Dr. Malcolm Crow wearing a vest or a sweater and you assume he's alive and changed clothes. You see the two kids eat food so you assume that they're still alive. At least with The Sixth Sense between Cole and Malcolm, whichever one is on screen is interesting enough that you wonder what he's going to do next so it keeps you engaged, but The Others? No. Who the hell cares? Just watch the beginning, then fast forward and watch the end. That's all you really need. People rewatched The Sixth Sense for awhile and began writing their own theories about who else could be dead and may or may not know such as just pausing and focusing on an extra and wonder: Could he be dead too? Is he dead and not knowing it, like Malcolm? Even when Malcolm was walking towards his wife's store enraged because he somehow knew that she was embracing someone else he was alone on the street corner and that means with no other people around he wouldn't make everyone around him chilly and thus, no breath would be visible even though he was holding his side in the exact area where the bullet went into his abdomen it didn't clue out he was dead because no other people around him to get cold suddenly means no visible breath. All we're given as clues for The Others is slight headaches, an obsession with pillows and photo sensitive children.
