One Wish Should Be Obvious

Oh, man! I was hoping you were going to say Elliot should have wished for all weapons on Earth to be destroyed, then I was going to point out the Simpson's Halloween Monkey's Paw satire where Lisa makes that wish, and the Earth is conquered by aliens with whips and 2X4s with nails in them...

 I doubt that would have worked out well. The sexy lady was only one of the Devil's 'forms'.
