in the basketball fantasy you see Jerry and Dan as the commentators, but it says Dan's name is "Lamar Garrett". But when they go to Bob for the interview he says, "thank you Jerry and Dan"

When he's in a wish universe, he supposedly does not recognize the people form his everyday life, that are role playing in the wish. And they have different names, like in the Columbian drug lord scene, Jerry is Alejandro.
