In this introduction in 'Milo's Return' Kida says "8,000 years ago Atlantis sunk beneathe the ocean..." BUT she was there to witness the sinking (according to The Lost Empire movie)...

She's 8,500 in the first movie, a few years older in the second one depending on what year it's supposed to be.

The power of the crystals they wear gives them extreme longevity.

Considering shes gone from pre-teen to early 20's in physical age in 8000+ years, thats what I call an effective crystal!

No, Milo says that she's 85 hundred years old which equals 8500 not 850..
