Different makeup?
Am I the only one who thinks that Pinhead looks a little bit different in this movie than in the others? I don't mean he wears a rainbow afro wig or anything, it's small, subtle changes to his face. Seriously, watch the first Hellraiser then this one and see if you can spot it.
