i didnt think this movie was so terrible until the end. going back without getting reinforcements first was just plain retarded and then the moronic ending of ice cube busting through the door with a gun was just plain retarded.

No, we didn't suddenly forget that. The whole point of going back and blowing up the power plant is to kill the ghosts themselves, not just their hosts; that's why Mel asks Dr. Whitlock whether the explosion will kill the ghosts too.
(Dr. Whitlock says she doesn't know, and we never find out for sure. But the movie leaves open the possibility that Mel has found a way to kill the ghosts. So guess what, kids -- the ending makes sense too. )

The end of this movie left it open for a second part. And as for them being "retarded" hell in most movies the characters are stupid! If they weren’t, the movie would not be as long.
You have stupid people dropping keys, in Predator, they knew that the creature only kills people with weapons, but yet each character tries to fight off the creature by themselves. Why not put the weapons down and walk out! If everyone was smart, they wouldn’t be in these positions.
In this movie, they should of got reinforcements, but no they choose to fight, why, it makes a better movie. Usually. But in this case killing them doesn’t help, there still there, so why not go and get help, try to find some way of killing them, not just the bodies they took over, but there essence. I can see why there isn’t a second one, but I still would enjoy watching it. As long as they had the same 2 actors from the first movie.

shareIt was horrible. This was actually one of the worst movies I have seen in a really, really long time. Starts off good enough, enough to keep me watching. Then I satrted watching it just because Clea and Jason were in it.... then I was watching it because I had already watched 3/4 of the movie.
It was bad. The ending... was your typical the-two-people-who-deserved-to-die-most live scenario. and the fact that no one batted an eye when Jason and Clea's characters went down was appalling.
Laslty, what the hell is up with the TV summary for this movie?! It lists Pam, Ice Cube and Natasha as the 3 stars. Ummmmm k. So much is wrong with this! LOL.
