That scene were Joanna Cassidy comes flying into town on that modified weather balloon was absolutely terrible
It was the same kind of god awful CGI that Carpenter used the make a mockery out of Escape From LA
Haha, I watched this when it first came out. 4.9 is a VERY lenient score. I think this is the modern day Plan 9 from Outer Space, just horrible all around.
