1. Why to ask for someone to call an ambulance and wait for it? just take the kid in your car and drive to the hospital!
btw, the cut was really tiny... not too credible the kid dying for it.

2. Do this film really needs so sad ending? What's the point?

3. Why the black man in the hospital was in jail with +1 year condemn? just for shooting the gun in the hospital?
That was made for helping the girl, not for hurting`people!
The rich man (who gave the Jaguar to the other guy and who is a lawyer) did nothing to help this man?

I can't really help with one and two but the third one I can-ish
The guy already had a record. Sidney G wasn't a good guy
And the lawyer wasn't allowed to pay him back. It goes against the rules. He can only pay it forward.

I can't really answer number two because I thought the book had a better ending and it was even sadder.

As for number one. You're right it wasn't too credible. The book did it far better.

I have a question... how did the guy with the Jaguar know about the whole Pay it Forward concept from the man who yelled at the nurse? He was arrested right away.

Like the journalist he probably wanted answers to why the guy helped him in the first place so he probably went to go see him. But that's just a guess...
