About Damn Time!

I don't know about you guys, but when I finally saw some updates done to this page, I about had kittens :) I've been waiting for this movie for almost two years...good to see that it's out of production hell and is on it's way :)

If The World Didn't Suck, We'd All Fall Off

I agree all the Re-Animator fans out there have been waiting too long for the sequel...But it's good to see Jeff Combs back in the saddle.

P.S

Did anybody else know Jeffery Combs was in The Man With Two Brains with Steve Martin (he gets bloody everywhere)

reply

Yeah, I noticed he was in there...I almost didn't recognize him though, w/o the glasses and everything...what is it with poor Jeff always playing doctors and/or getting covered with blood??? Also, I would love to see a movie in which he doesn't get killed....lol

What comtemptable scoundrel has stolen the cork to my lunch??

reply

In The Frighteners, Jeffery plays an FBI-like inspector who specializes in weird cases. He, of course, is a freak'n weirdo and gets his head blown off, but still not a doctor.

self improvement is masturbation.

reply

Yeah, but he does get killed...lol...Hopefully in Beyond Re-Animator he won't die (Poor Herbert, he's had enough..hahaha)

Hey Chemical Imbalance, i just saw "Beyond Re-Animator" on the Sci-Fi Channel. It was wicked awesome!!! I'm gonna get this on December 30th. And to answer your question about Dr. West and if he lives in the end, well, let's just say that you can except a fourth "Re-Animator" movie on the way in a couple years.

reply

Just saw Beyond Re-Animator, too, and I mostly agree with MovieBuff2003, not exactly awesome, but it was a lot of fun.

reply

Good movie! Can't wait to see the uncut DVD release and watch all three films back-to-back. West is back!!!

"I just noticed that practically all of the actors are Spanish. Now THAT is weird."

Why? It was shot in Spain, presumably with a big chunk of Spanish money in the budget, so it was beneficial to have Spanish actors for name recognition there, and a whole lot cheaper than shipping over Americans for non-essential roles.

reply

yeah you get used to it with these fantastic factory films. seems like you're only allowed to be american or spanish in them too, see the two main roles in Faust for proof.

the prison warden was excellent. did just enough with the role plenty of energy and just the right said of overacting... but jason.. oh dear. still yuzna want's to get dan back for the next one...

me rubs hands together...
