Knuckles...did he actually appear?
I've heard something about Knuckles appearing once on the show. Which episode was this occurance?
Also, how was he with Sonic and Robotnik? Was he an ally or a rival?

Yes, I know that he appears on Sonic Underground, but I heard someone on the user comments say that he made one appearance on this show. Is that true, or was it just a rumor?

Nope, unfortunately. He hadn't even been concieved when this show was being made - though he did appear the same year in Sonic the Hedgehog 3. He just wasn't part of the cast by the time AoSTH was starting up, so obviously he was left out of the line-up. Shame, since he's one of the main four/five cast members (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Eggman) - excluding Cream, who is merely a poor compilation of other character traits :P and excuse for a new character with "easier" gameplay *shudder*.

*much sarcasm* He was standing around, smoking a cigarette and reading "Penthouse" while Sonic was getting the big electric shock in that big-assed magnet in "Lovesick Sonic".
