Did you know that the song "It Never Rains in Southern California" is not about the weather? Also did you know that soon after saying it never rains, it says it pours in southern California. And it does sometimes pour for many days, not continuously every day, but it does sometimes pour for a hour or two every day for a week. The movie is set in Malibu. I am a southern California boy, born on the desert. I know how much it can pour around here. Lately it has not but there are times ....
