Lets say you have killed ur friends and brought their kids to your home for stay and decide to slowly swindle the $4 million trust fund..What would u do???

1.Give them everything they want including separate rooms
2.hire a nanny who also spies on them
3.Show them home made videos of their past to show how much they were close to their parents and establish trust.
4.Help with her with homework with a non-plaigarized version.
5.Never try to ground her or give a curfew so that she can enjoy the freedom which their fathers never gave her.
6.If possible,make her throw parties at home and eventually she might be exposed to drugs...
7.Then show any behavior of hers as a drug addict teenager

Instead
1.Give them a single room for siblings even though they have room for 2
2.Become a Peeping tom when she's changing dress
3.Stare at her titties in bikini like a hungry wolf
4.Drive the car crazy just after a girl's parents are killed by an accident
5.Make a pass at her
6.Inject drugs right in the middle of the hall
7.Bribe the younger one with videogames hoping the elder one wont notice at all

and now wonder why the girl got suspicious of you

Nope not much sense at all between the two of them, Mrs Glass was drugged out of her mind most of the time even when she appeared not to be (she hid it well) so I don't think she could think straight ever and Mr Glass was so determined to get that $4 million inheritance he was so blinded by greed he didn't care that things were going downhill he wanted that money and he was damn well going to get it by any means possible including murdering those two kids.

I agree with mot of your points. The details don't matter. The important thing is the implication that the movie is not logical or practical and I totally agree with that. The movie is totally logical in the world of drama but not in our world.

The wife was going through a lot of stress, which was why she drugged herself; she may have thought the kids were asleep. It's not at all odd to give the kid video games or spoil them in any way when they went through trauma like that. Terry had an intimidating air about him and stress of his own, hence his careless and angry driving. She never knew he was watching her in the hallway for sure.
