Did anybody else think that the plot would involve a Die Hard type of situation at the stadium?
For some reason, I was a bit surprised they did not go this route with the plot. I mean, the film did have several of the classic Die Hard tropes in the backdrop and structure of everything: the Bruce Willis character being a guy who was good at his job yet his personal life was going through a rough patch with his marriage and as a father. That along with the fact that Elijah certainly has a lot of the traits that Die Hard villains tend to have (IE - extremely intelligent and well spoken while still being eccentric yet oddly charismatic)
(I don't think that would have been a good move for the flow of the story, yet I still was expecting it lol)
