abit of a contrivense
We are on a M Night movie marathon kick, we've seen most of them but wanted to re-visit/see them all. We got three films in the books so far, Sixth sense, The Happening and Unbreakable last night. I have to say, I feel this is by far his biggest weakness as a writer. So far, all these films have levels of these contrivenses that just seem TOO connected/convenient for their own good. I feel he does well with his direction and his stories are pretty interesting/well conceived, but this weakness keeps rearing its head. At least for me.
